STICKY CARPET MAGIC
For the best carpet installation with Makoya adhesive, follow our easy step-by-step instruction.

Step 1: Clean the floor thoroughly with a vacuum or broom. Dampen a mop very lightly and mop up the floor to ensure a surface free of dust.

Step 2: Roll the carpet out on the floor and pull it in place until it is fully flush with one wall, then roll out the other side to the second wall. Use a putty knife to press the carpet down on each side. Cut the carpet to fit the room
Step 3: Pull one side of the carpet back about half the distance and apply a layer of adhesive. Pull the carpet back into position, smooth it out until there are no wrinkles and press it down with a piece of wood.
Step 4: Pull the other side of the carpet back, making sure you do not pull the already glued part. Apply a layer of glue on the remaining carpet, pull it back in place and press it down firmly into the glue.
Step 5: Finish up by smoothing the carpet out using your foot, pressing down each corner for several minutes. Make sure all wrinkles or creases are removed. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before walking on it.
